People in the past doubled their performance potential by simultaneously using
the inhale to oxygenate and empower movement.

Many of the the innate potentials of human performance were "lost" as a result of "Industrialization" taking away the need for continuous, day long, demanding physical labor. Those people that still do such intensive labor usually are not in the social position to use their physical abilities for gifted performance activities.
These Bio-Dynamics of Movement Fundamentals teach the "lost" fundamentals which are now characteristic of gifted performance; which also includes relaxed speed, power, and endurance. At any level of a physical activity, individual performance can exhibit the effortless ease of motion that is characteristic of giftedness. Of note is that this natural occurrence is the same bio-dynamics by which toddlers maintain balance, create strength, and move with minimal effort. As the child matures they usually lose this type of movement and the "traditional" muscle movement and breathing patterns emerge. Those that retain the original patterns of movement are included in what is labeled as "gifted."
However these innate physical and metaphysical properties can be re-learned. Because it is natural, improvements are immediate. Of course technical skill is a factor in mastery; but everyone at any level of accomplishment can re-experience the internal creativity, physical performance dynamics, and connective properties that are within.
The performance levels will increase because of the more effective bio-dynamics. Feeling, experiencing the body move in a more dynamic manner is exhilarating. The knowledge that this is happening, and why, also brings a sense of ownership to the activity. A personal identity with the movement is obtained. A sense of "self" is deepened. Self accomplishment is a reality because it is experienced.
The search for mastery involves the "fundamentals" of the fundamentals. The bio-dynamics of gifted performance are among those "fundamentals."
Fundamentals of gifted performance include the physical and metaphysical bio-dynamics of the two major muscle/energy groups which affect the upper body, the hand grasp, and objects held or touched. The lower body/legs movements are greatly affected by the movement of the knee. Natural balance, speed, length of stride, and rapid turning/pivoting movements are all increased dependent upon the knee. The fastest movements are also the safest movements that minimize injury; especially to the knees. Knees are placed into huge stress especially as speed increases. The fastest turning/pivoting movements are the least stress producing on the knees.

"Help! I Can't Dance" Video teaches how to move the feet when they feel like "concrete." (free click here)
When "muscle movements" are not responding, the natural "inhale expansion movements" (typical of the "startle response") can be trained to create specific types of footwork. Various foot movements are taught which can then be adapted into specific dance steps.
Flexibility exercises are also presented which coordinate with the "expansive energy" of the footwork to create flexible body motions.
A quick analysis of a specific dance step will enable an appropriate "expansive footwork" to be applied.
In less than two hours of participating along with the step-by-step video instruction foot movement and flexibility will be obtained. Anyone desiring to increase flexibility and balance, reduce stiffness and joint problems, will benefit from this presentation.
Sufficient expertise to apply to a specific dance form will be obtained. Of course practice is needed; but what to practice will have been obtained.

Physical bio-dynamics change.
* The increase in the length of a step or stride can easily be from 6 to 18 inches.
* Balance is always maintained.
* Physical strength is improved.
* Speed of movement is increased.
* Fluidity and ease of movement increases.
* Movement can be made "heavy" or "light."
* Connective properties and expression increase.

Tai Chi and Yoga are known for the breathing techniques associated with their mastery. Most state that unless the movements are by "abdominal" breathing, they won't be correct. Some styles are specific to state that it is the expansion of the abdominal breathing that creates the movement. A contraction of the exhale is used to relax and drop the energy and stop/complete the movement. Movements are then by the inhale expansion. However it has to be an effortless inhale expansion created movement, not muscle.
