A few chosen words by a significant person has changed, and will change lives. Perhaps equally important as the "words" is the personal attention/recognition given to the individual.
Consider what sense of self-value is produced when a significant person acknowledges their existence. Often our mere presence is speaking loudly. It is not by chance that gifted performance, wellness, and love share the same bio-dynamics.
(Note: The positive reinforcements given do not have to be acknowledged as an indication of their effectiveness. In other words, do not expect to receive a "positive reinforcement" of your "positive reinforcement." The hope of truth has to sustain you. Most often the words are "seeds." Watching the "seeds" grow is the reward.

"natural fundamentals" of the "fundamentals."
Natural, self sustaining, holistic "power/control/beauty" is a basic need for fulfillment.

The training exercises used are simple because the positive reinforcement is that the results have been created from within. Self identity is part of the giftedness of life. The creation from within aspect, not just the level of performance has to be reinforced as we "bring along" individuals.

Story: Oneness- Oneness is a different awareness. Then, there is the dilemma of what to do with the acquired awareness.
While carrying around my little two year old granddaughter she seemed to deeply want this small package of pretzels. "Another treat" was probably not ideal, but her mother wasn't there; she got the little bag of pretzels. Oh well. The bag was opened, she took one out and ate it, and immediately wiggles to be put down on the floor.
(There was something on her mind!)
She proceeds to take the bag of pretzels to the living room (I'm curiously following.) Then, picks up a round cup coaster and shows it to me. (Now my attention is really captured.) The coaster and pretzel bag are taken to the coffee table where she proceeds to put some pretzels onto the coaster. Gets another coaster and pours pretzels onto that coaster as well.
She climbs into a rocking chair next to the first coaster, and motions for her juice bottle and a coaster of pretzels. Points to the sofa for my wife and I to sit down in front of the other coaster of pretzels.
We were invited to her pretzel party!
Knowing what to do, and having something to give is easier when we have oneness and knowledge of the fundamentals. Basic fundamentals are transferable to areas in which we are not familiar. Fundamentals can always be taught, or reinforced. Often with great success and immediate reinforcement.
We can always be of assistance in our own way. This includes the power of our presence.

Free Safer Driving Video teaches control, power transfer in hand grasp, body bio-dynamics for performance, oneness, visualization. Is applicable to riding a bicycle/three wheeler/scooter/skateboard, swinging a baseball bat, hitting a nail with a hammer, and all gifted performance.
(For $20.- a light weight hammer, appropriate sized nails, and a piece of 2 inch
thick pine board a couple of feet long can become the learning tools for
experiencing the dynamics of the hand grasp, feeling body mechanics, eye/hand
coordination, muscle control, power, and visualizing where to hit the nail with the
hammer. This is a self-accomplishment, and empowerment activity.
Take these directions into the "Home and Building Supply Store and ask the staff
to help you with the purchase if necessary. This is for boys and girls. Use eye
protection, also available at the stores. Bruised fingers will heal and are a safety
and life lesson. Nails are cheap. Get a few different sizes for fun.
Make sure the nails don't protrude out of the bottom. Especially if on a nice
floor!
Inhale, exhale, and breath hold will produce different energy bio-dynamics.
Experiment with how to drive the nail in the quickest. Slow and steady vs.
big swings vs. control vs. limitations vs. relax vs. pressure.

These videos are a beneficial parent/child activity. Learning new things together is sharing, and bonding. Parents can reinforce proper behavior/achievement with the proper words when their "understanding" is also obtained. Parents need the "understanding" to be aware of what is happening in order to reinforce it. Videos can be watched over and over as the child progresses and can assimilate more information.
Learning fundamental bio-dynamics makes acquisition of all skills more easy, less frustrating, less fearful, and more rewarding as application to other areas of life are realized. Hope and joy are also of lifetime benefit.
For example: Using the basic hand grasp techniques to hold a baseball bat or tennis racket instantly smooths out the swing. Focus training keeps the eyes on the ball.
Or, grasping the handlebars of a bicycle little fingers first, and becoming one with the bike improves balance, steering, and the riding experience.
Agility and movement training promotes balance, flexibility, power and coordination.
To actually feel/experience the body as it works and is mechanically designed is self-enlightenment.

How do we know it is "master level" information when there is no definite definition of master level?
It is feedback from identified and functioning "masters" that initially caused the realization of this level of performance teachings in regards to "conventional" society.
Story. After a two hour class in which some of these techniques were part of the training, a teenage student went to perform in her piano recital. Her teacher (world tours from 8 yrs old.) recognized that something had happened from the moment the girl stood up and walked toward the stage to play. (Masters are consciously or unconsciously aware of the holistic traits of mastery.) The piece brought tears to the eyes of many, including me. Afterwards the teacher asked what happened, and then said she was going to submit a recording of the girl's playing for entry into a "masters class." At the "masters class" the only comment of the Master was, "What can I say. This is what it is all about."
Working with some of the area's top musicians has produced insights and progress in techniques never thought of before (a result of the out-of-box bio-dynamics). However after a familiarization, caused a realization that these were areas in which the "greats" were also functioning in.
One of the top horse trainers was able to take the knowledge to even higher realms of equestrian training with insights of his own.
Conversations with established Masters confirmed the theories; and even emphasized the teachings as critical.
Sports, arts, martial arts, and physical therapy has had similar results. Immediate, unbelievable results.
This is truly a "gift of life."

For parenting, this website provides information, the "what" and "how," that enables children to function with the bio-dynamics of gifted performance. A holistic approach of body/mind/spirit and power/control/beauty is central to the teachings. Proper body movement creates a self-fulfilling sense of power/control/beauty. This is real personal empowerment. Not the "empowerment" of a cultural driven power/dominance over other people/authority figures/parents. These bio-dynamics are for every day living; to be ingrained into one's lifestyle. The creativity and connected aspects of performance are valuable for self-esteem and identity. Children are able to actually "feel/experience" the bio-dynamics as they are learned. Living becomes more "alive." Results are instantaneous, so feedback and positive reinforcement are obtained immediately. A sense of "truth" is a result as fundamentals are acquired. This is especially important for children.
The basic movements of walking, turning, and stretching are all simple gateways into placing these gifted performance bio-dynamics into everyone. For example: Drawing "smiley faces" with visualization energy develops the technique, makes it real, and illustrates the daily application of "giftedness," creativity, and putting oneself into an activity. We have power and what we do has an effect. Even walking becomes therapeutic for identity and wellness because of the energy/power created.
Most of the videos are an actual live teaching session. Some children will be able to watch and pick up information on their own. For others the videos and commentary help with the ability to learn from watching. The child will be able to see the improvements as they occur. They are learning what to look for; what are the differences. Also learned is the ability to analyze and critique from a reference point of knowledge. A lot of information is out there, but has to be accessed and obtained by oneself, outside the walls of traditional education. The idea that they have to be "taught to learn" is dispelled. They can explore and experience and be aware and think on their own also.
It is what makes the technique work that creates the "look".

The oneness also is designed for existence in chaos/adversity where an empowerment by the chaos is received,
opening up new avenues of reflection/understandings/experience. As well as a freedom from fear.
An unrestricted freedom of thought and creativity result in any environment and at any time.
Communication has the need for creativity, as does athletics. In every endeavor there is the meeting of the needs
for better performance. A holistic approach and the fact that the gifted bio-dynamic fundamentals are the same for
physical performance/oneness/love means that creativity in one area of life will also create in the other areas of life.
The "Empowerment Over Adversity/Intimidation/Confrontation/Bullying" video has been taught to both adults and children. This is a serious video for a deadly serious topic. Trauma can severely isolate the child, inhibit learning, and depress. Goals may never be achieved if sidetracked by adversities. Moving away is usually not always an option. Realistic thinking is that learning how to navigate through all of life is an advantage. Turning the debilitating experiences into positive empowering gains is one of the attributes of successful people.

Experience has shown that, sadly, it is realistic that effective help from the "authority figures" and others will most likely not occur. Plus, additional "issues" will occur in some way or another throughout life for everyone. "Justice" doesn't always occur. Wasting time and energy on certain situations is not profitable. There has to be a "pick and choose" analysis.
Yet "closure" of some sort is desired.
This video provides some alternative methods of closure based on changing the perspective and taking the control that is available. That control includes how the issue is perceived.
These types of situations are a very lonely place to be in. Oneness and gifted performance techniques help by creating positive attitude and eliminating the totally alone mindset. In addition, certain perspectives can be used to turn a difficult situation into a situation in which an empowerment is achieved. This is the prevailing attitude of the video. A "closure" is desired and obtained; but maybe not in the way hoped for.
The concept of "Oneness" is also of accepting that if something is "wrong," it is "wrong." Something that is "not perfect" is "not perfect." Something that is "not changeable" is "not changeable." And that reality can be accepted; and that acceptance of reality does not mean approval. Also, "acceptance" as reality does not stigmatize someone. Reality is often harsh, and can be safely accepted as real and this is happening to me. Therefore reconciliation begins within oneself; and one's response is often the only thing that can be controlled.
Oneness can be limited in engagement, and does not imply approval.
PREVENTION: Although "prevention" is not a part of this video, the focus of the entire website is toward prevention.
There is a cultural problem in the swing toward the rising use of intimidation/bullying/violence/anger.
Some of it is just the "nature of the beast." It is not going away.
However, most is taught consciously or subconsciously. There is power in intimidation and domination over others. Group participation multiplies the power. And it gets results. This power fills the need for a sense of power within one's being. If no other option for fulfilling one's need for "self power" is available, or working, then the violent route can easily become a substitute path to follow. For some, everything else will be given up for just the feeling of power, even if fleeting. For others, just to belong/identify is sufficient. It is like living Halloween. This is can be a consuming need.
One of the holistic concepts used in this website is "Power/Control/Beauty." However this "Power" is not domination/other person directed; but the empowerment that comes from a sense of self-identity and personal power created from within. Performance feedback is usually required for successful confirmation of one's empowerment power. This is why the fundamentals are so important. We use the fundamentals in everyday activities. There are constant feedback opportunities. It is real because it works, can be experienced/felt.
Even walking, picking something up, climbing stairs, are opportunities for the fundamentals of giftedness. We have to be aware of what we are doing, or can do. Education plays a role here. Thus this website; notice the use of daily activities, and daily environment.
By definition, a powerless self image can't self-actualize. And obviously can't do gifted performance. Yet everyday we can perform with those fundamentals and receive the benefits of empowerment/power. We are powerful/empowered by nature. We need this for a healthy lifestyle. We have to be aware of what we are actually doing, or can be doing, self-empowerment wise everyday.
Hobbies and other outside activities are vital sources of feedback of the dynamics of gifted performance. Walking with the gifted bio-dynamics fulfills all the requirements of self-empowerment, oneness, and sense of beauty. So will a few stretches. Those few inhale breath stretches before going to sleep every night fulfill this role as well. Everything counts.
Our everyday life is a continual state of gifted performance. Part of the magic.
The needs are so basic; and so is the fulfillment.
HOW: This website focuses on the "How."
It is not by chance that gifted performance, wellness, and love expression all use the same bio-dynamic energy pathways.
Collectively, voids that everyone has within themselves are filled by these three holistically intertwined attributes.
Unique is that as new voids are created as old void are filled; then a natural re-filling process occurs in a continual evolution of "lifting up."
The "lifting up evolution process" is not a "survival of the fittest evolution process."
(Which is the reason for the adversity/intimidation/bullying resolution presented in this website and video.)
Everyone can function in "giftedness" in some way or another.
Athletics, music, arts, hobbbies, art appreciation, sports fans, aficionados, fashion, literally anything can be appreciated in a gifted manner. Singing in the shower!
Pre-school on up can teach this as part of activities. So can arts and physical education and health classes.
After school classes can be offered in any activity. Public buildings such as libraries and recreation centers could add classes, perhaps on a rotation basis. Adult evening classes and the YMCA and church buildings.
In every activity there is someone doing it using the bio-dynamics of giftedness. Most people never study the bio-dynamics of what they are doing. So, for these gifted people to be able to share their giftedness; all they need to know is the principles involved. Ready made teachers, life coaches, and mentors! Most of whom would appreciate the opportunity to share. (Another realm of giftedness being brought into play!)

Attention Deficit, Etc.
Of note is that tremendous results have occurred with the "Attention Deficit, etc." The holistic approach is the foundation of this.
The holistic trio of: "power/control/beauty" is used as a natural, innate, powerful motivating force.
All children want to have power, beauty.
The "control" is to experience the body's control of itself when power and beauty are produced from within.
A teaching example: "Stretch both of your hands as wide apart as possible."
"Stretch them wide apart again and feel the body stretch."
"One more time, stretch wide and feel it."
"Now with a really big exhale, stretch both your arms out."
"Again, with a really big exhale stretch and feel it."

Discussion: The concept of "power" is attached to the "control" via the precise movement. Therefore "control" produces "power" that is felt; and is real power (not anger, rebellion, intimidation, etc.) This is the real power.
Additional instructions included: "But if you don't pay attention to the directions of how to do it,
you will never feel it, right? Now, I don't always give the same instructions to everyone.
So, if you want more secrets you have to pay attention when I'm talking to others.
Fool around, don't pay attention and you will miss out on secrets." "You have to pay
attention all around you to learn more "secrets." They are everywhere."

The movements are also "beautiful." The beauty can be felt.
Therefore we can be "real powerful" and "real beautiful;" when we have "real control." Self-esteem and self-confidence are produced because the abilities are perceived/felt. Reinforcement is immediate when the technique is done properly. Immediate reinforcement activities prevent discouragement and the negative reinforcement to a negative self image. This is a real plus of combining the physical and metaphysical bio-dynamics of gifted performance in a holistic manner.
Story: The classes had achieved local recognition as the "Attention Deficit Classes." (I was teaching Aikido martial art.)
I found out when I kept sending a little boy and his mother back to the registration desk, and the registration desk kept sending them back. They finally pointed out several kids from his class at school, and said "This is the attention deficit class." "Oh."
Teaching and Leadership
People in a teaching, leadership, or mentoring role have the opportunity to expand the depth of their understandings, and add to their "bag of tricks." These "out-of-the-box" approaches often work when nothing else is getting through. The principles are the fundamentals of the fundamentals. A depth of knowledge, and greater repertoire of awareness skills increases both opportunities and effectiveness. Children, and students of all ages benefit from the increased potential of those in leadership positions.
Of importance is that "what to look for" is learned by observing the teaching videos that are live sessions. The improvements are instantaneous so observing "cause/effect" is available to the observer. This ability to see what to learn is a huge benefit of the learning process for parents and teachers. Also, the difficulties of others in the learning process is observed. "Getting it the first time" is usually not illustrated in the live sessions. However a few repetitions or a different approach produces immediate results. Different approaches are therefore observed.
Power of a few effective words.
The actual amount of time available for most teaching experiences is limited. Often it is a brief opportunity that suddenly appears and will never happen again. This is the realm of "the power of a few effective words." Needs are different at different times and for different people. Group instruction requires several approaches at once. One or two sentences from one viewpoint, another group of words from another viewpoint, reaches the mass simultaneously; yet in a selective, individual way. Because only a few of the correct words are needed for a huge impact; group dynamics are not a problem. Depth of knowledge, the ability to connect, and the perceptive ability of "oneness" always prove beneficial in taking advantage of those teachable moments.
The innate sensitivity of a child to stimulus makes input easier. This is the advantage of the holistic approach. The down-side is that there is a "competition" for being the stimulus that the child chooses to be attentive to. And "negative input" can deeply injure. Immediate positive reinforcement is important. Not being able to "get it" reinforces a negative self image. A large "bag of tricks" is necessary to approach and discover the the way into the child's comprehension. Teaching techniques, principles, and "oneness" combine for perception into what is going on. Thus the holistic lifestyle for effective parenting and leadership.
Competitive environments, including real life.
Obviously every advantage is desired. The "oneness" application is the "zone on steroids." The ability to go there on demand is valuable, maybe priceless in competition. This metaphysical aspect of gifted performance is not usually teached.
The fundamentals of the bio-dynamics of gifted performance either teach or enhance what is already present. Learning these fundamentals directly saves time and effort. Plus the chance that the skills won't be obtained via practice or instruction is eliminated.
Competitive people are usually competitive in other aspects of life. The fundamental nature of these principle allows transfer of the information to other areas of endeavor.
The holistic approach also teaches that "losing" is not "defeat." "Losing" is a score, "defeat" is an attitude.
Also, intimidation and bullying have to be dealt with. Unfortunately resolution via authority figures and establishment is usually not going to happen successfully. A personal means of resolution is required. A perception that enables a sense of empowerment is featured in this website. Story about "losing is not a defeat" teaching: On occasion the need for a class to learn more about focus, striving, and overcoming obstacles/set backs was becoming apparent in their overall training experience. This was usually with a group of exceptional kids. So, to their dismay the entire class would be asked to repeat a ranking test. Everyone.
Accompanying the announcement was the explanation that toughening up and striving power will increase.
Then a testimony of how I had repeated one test twice and another test three times was given. Comic relief always occurred as the children laughed and said "3 times!" (The power of a testimony.)
